Using Duchess

You agree to provide accurate account, delivery and payment information and not to misuse the service. Product availability and pricing may change before an order is confirmed.

Product presentation

We work to present colour and texture accurately, though displays and lighting may create slight differences. Product descriptions and care guidance should be reviewed before purchase.

Orders

An order is accepted only after payment is verified and confirmation is issued. We may cancel and refund orders affected by stock errors, suspected fraud or delivery limitations.
